MyGrid ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by The Grid Training, located at 600 Commerce Drive, Unit C, Roseville, CA 95678. We collect the following types of information:

• •Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• •Profile Information: Age, gender, fitness goals, injury history, and other health-related information you voluntarily provide.
• •Training Data: Workout logs, class attendance, progress measurements, program assignments, and performance notes.
• •Usage Data: App usage patterns, device information, and log data.
• •Payment Information: Processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

• •To create and manage your account
• •To assign and track training programs
• •To schedule classes and manage rosters
• •To monitor progress and provide coaching feedback
• •To send reminders about upcoming sessions
• •To request feedback and testimonials (with opt-out)
• •To provide customer support
• •To improve our services and app functionality

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only:

• •With your coach (Joshua Pelzl) for training purposes
• •With service providers who help operate the app (hosting, payments, analytics)
• •When required by law or legal process
• •In connection with a business transfer or sale

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and access controls. Your training data is accessible to you and your coaching team. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

We retain your account and training data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting joshuapelzl@thegridtraining.com.

MyGrid is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

MyGrid may integrate with third-party services for scheduling, payments, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
